Can you give us the usual details - particularly what version of Squeezebox server you are running, and whether you were connected to the Squeezebox server or mysqueezebox.com when the reboot loop started? Assuming you have tried the factory reset as well and checked the IP address isn't conflicting with anything else on the network? The last time I had this problem (not with an SB3 but a testing unit) I had been listening to Napster (so a protected WMA stream).
