You are saying that you did work 40h/week for three years on that plugin ? It's about what your future expectations are. Say you go on - then you will need to spend at least 40h/week ;) also the next year(s) with coding and support. With x sold units you will earn x*(price-commision) Euros with your work. If the offer is just twice (or three times) as much - you will make a lot of money and don't have any hazzle anymore. Instead a lot of time to write a new good App that you can sell in three years again...
