I do not know what the initial error message was but and what steps you have taken but maybe this is of any help: 1. If you use ACC on the same server on which SBS runs do not configure any remote server settings. ACC works out-of-the-box 2. If you use ACC on another machine than where SB is running do not try to connect unless you have modified the my.tt file on the SBS server as a connection would just be refused. Reason is SBS is configured to not allow access from any other computer than itself. Have you modified the my.tt file?
