Hmm the fact that if you disable the TPE2 option and the result stays the same surprises me. When enabled, ACC will determine - for various artist albums only - how often an artist on the album occurs. This is because TPE2 is an deliberate entered tag by someone and hence must not be altered. If this is more than 1/3 this artist is expected to be the album artist. This logic is not rocket science of course but has proven to be doing its job almost perfect. ACC not doing so will result in SBS classifying if an album is a various artist album or not. SBS does so when more than one artist is defined in the artist tracks i.e. If an album has 10 tracks from which 9 are of artist1 and the last is by artist1 feat artist2 (both in artist tag) then SBS will classify this album as various artist album. Now when TPE2 is disabled, ACC will not perform any logics on this front so falls back to SBS logics. ACC does not alter any data besides 'various artists' to album artists. ACC does not change it the other way around i.e. artist albums to various artist. Let me know if my answer clarify the reason why things are happening for the Belly album. If not i'll dive into the problem again.
