"not connected" on MySB means they are not connected directly to MySB, but to your local server, which seems to be correct as of your description.
You need iPeng to get to see your local server. Is that not listed on the players screen? Have you always had the issue or did it start after an update? iPeng needs to be on the same logical network as your server.
