I assume your issue is fixed now? Anyway, for others running into the same thing:
The "password" entry field on the MySB login page is NOT tagged as a "password" field. This results in the password being shown AND (and this can be an issue) the first letter is automatically capitalized. So be careful not to enter "Abcde" when you really mean "abcde"!
