mnichollsuk, I don't use iPeng (nothing against pippin, I have an irrational fear of penguins) so I can't offer much guidance. As pippin says, iPeng must see your servers (like a Controller) first before it can control your players.
After that I'd guess the manual switch of players to both SBS and MySB servers is the same as any other player or Controller.
