One thing Logitech does well is selling to a broader retail market that Slim had trouble reaching. Unfortunately they have chosen not to continue with direct sales of lower volume products such as SBR, replacement remotes, and such. I always though they could have it both ways but I guess e-commerce is just too hard. :/
