I think this issue is getting out of hand. The basis for the post is a single e-mail from support telling sublemon that SBR is not longer sold separately. AFAICT This has not been confirmed by any other Logitech rep.
There are other instances where support give advice which seem to be wrong or incomplete. For example in this post http://forums.slimdevices.com/showpost.php?p=514652&postcount=6 support has advised the user to convert their m4a files to a supported audio format implying that m4a is not supported.
