Well its not your fault then. Its probably just because its still sort of a niche product and Logitech don't know exactly what to do with it. Still, how hard is it to just make the products and sell them to the channel or amazon or whatever. They don't really need to worry about direct sales, in fact I'm kinda surprised they do it at all.
