First it would be good to have a full description of what it should do (exactly 
what is meant to get synchronised, which way they get synchronised, and what is 
meant to happen when an item isn't valid on the other server).  Then I could 
report when it's not working.

One problem I had reported was with screensavers.  As I use third-party 
screensavers on SBS, it can't sync those onto MySB.  MySB therefore sets the 
selected screensaver to something else, and then synchronises that back to SBS, 
so I lose the settings on SBS.
