That is not true in my experience. As mentioned before, I have always
backed up the var\lib prefs folder. But at least twice in the last 6
months SBS would not work anymore if I tried to force it to accept
previous settings files. And since it is not advertised as a feature by
Logitech, but rather a *workaround* users have adopted to replace a true
settings saving function, it is not worth opening a bug report about.
Again, this is *not* a supported feature, nor would it have helped me
given the issue I faced.
