If you want to make your OFA remote do all sorts of clever new things and are prepared to spend some time and effort (and a bit of cash for a special interface cable) then take a look at the "JP1" interface site here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/jp1/ All of the codes for the Squeezebox are supported, and every other device I've ever encountered - and if a device isn't there already you can add codes yourself and file them for other users. The learning curve is a bit steep but once you get the hang of things it works well. The URC-7555 / 7556 remotes are well supported.
