AGree with the above. foobar is by far the easiest. You can get an action in mp3tag which will tranlsate the replaygain values into soundcheck values (on mp3 files) which will speed up itunes soudcheck when it reads your mp3s. Careful with the mp3gain app. It is easy to accidentaly change the actual audio.
