I ask this because I use iPeng with my iPod, and it (the iPod) will
automatically pick between either of my two home networks, depending on
where I am in the house, a two story home. I have the Internet router on
the first floor and a WAP on the second floor, both are Linksys products
and each has it's own unique SSID, but both use the same WEP
encryption.
So let's say that I want to move one of my Booms out on the patio
temporarily, and it's out of range of one network, but well within
range of the other network, it may not play because it apparently looks
for the SSID that it used during the initial setup.
I'd like to be able to between one or the other network. Any tips?
TIA
