I think this is clouding the issue though. The person the OP was
quoting clearly believes that this an inherent problem with wireless
audio streaming, not a particular audio format and protocal. 

As Phil said, it either stuters because of buffering or it works
flawlessly. After all, there is a buffer in there to compensate for
slight breaks in the stream.
