Please discover that the web interface's speed is a function of the SBS
machine's speed and a "native GUI client" is available.

Your quote "allow for updating and rebuilding, access only the media by
itself from the server but keep everything else local" is excactly how
SBS works. I have several different copies of SBS running that point to
the same music (or sub-sets of the same music.)

If you are not happy with performance, try a faster machine or an older
machine running Vortexbox that points to the same "media by itself" and
isn't burdened by other tasks.

Also: what is "fullsize cover art?" Most of the available art is at
most about 512 square. Do you want glamour shots of your sister?
