Hi, Frank, I haven't written before, but have recently returned to using ACC (3.4). Previous versions used to work just fine, but with the current one I can't see album art in the catalog -- just boxes with an "X".
I'm still using SBS 7.2.1 because it's the last one that will sync reliably with Softsqueeze and my SB3. I have installed the mysql connector 5.1.6 (32-bit) with my 64 bit Windows 7. The catalog displays just fine, but no matter what I try the album art is missing. It does tell me it's downloading the album art but it never appears. I tried creating a PDF but no art there either. Any ideas? I realize that perhaps something you may have done to improve ACC since the old days of my SBS may preclude me from ever seeing album art again, but I just need to know if that's the case.
