Can you still try to post a screenshot that I get an impression ? Doing a screenshot is rather easy on the iPad - just hold the 'On/Off'-Button then a short press on the 'Home'-Button will do a screenshot. After you have synced with iTunes it is on your HD.
If possible I'd also like to see the server-log when you browse this particular menu to see what might be wrong.
