Any MLB player for SB would require a subscription to the MLB Audio service. Because of this, I don't really think it competes with SiriusXM in the way you imagine. There are already loads of player out there, most commonly as apps for mobile handsets. In fact, when I wanted to listen on my home stereo this season I would stream to my mobile and use the Aux input on my amp. Though it would be much better if MLB could be streamed thru by SBs. I think there are two items required to get this working: 1) an agreement between Logitech/SB and the MLB, and 2) an SB app that would log into the service, provide stream browsing and play the audio. I'm not sure anyone at Logitech has approached the folks at MLB Advanced Media recently to talk over this prospect. I would love to see this service arrive on our SBs. And MOG. --rt _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
