At the time that XM started carrying the MLB broadcasts, I remember reading in the paper that they were paying MLB $660 million over 11 years for the satellite radio broadcast rights. So perhaps that's an indication of the kind of $$$ that MLB expects to extract from Logitech for licensing a SB app...
