MLB requires licensing that Logitech (rightly) does not want to pay. File an enhancement request at http://bugs.slimdevices.com/ and get others to vote on it. Maybe Logitech would write an App for MySB to support such a paid subscription service as they do for other subscription services currently.
Or you could use the XM plugin offered on SqueezeBox Server, pay extra for the XM internet feeds, stream them through your SB players.
