Well, you need a 3rd party software (Net::UDAP [PC] or SqueezeConfig [Android]) to *setup* the receiver once. Once it's initially setup, you can use any controller software (e.g. iPeng) to control the Receiver. I'll try to guide you through the setup process, but I need some information for that: (With "PC" I mean the PC that you'll use to setup the Receiver. It may be the same computer as your SqueezeBoxServer.) - Which OS are you using on your PC (Windows, Linux, Mac)? - How do you want to configure your Receiver (LAN or WLAN)? - For WLAN, which kind of encryption do you want to use (WEP, WPA, WPA2)? - What's the IP address of your PC? - What's the IP address of your SqueezeBoxServer? -- flattermann Christian Home of 'SqueezeCommander' (http://www.squeezecommander.com) - The SqueezeBox Remote Control App for Android ------------------------------------------------------------------------ flattermann's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33169 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57861 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
