The Linux rpm for SqueezeBoxServer 7.5.2 is built with perl 5.12, so I
think you'll have to upgrade to VortexBox 1.6/Fedora 14 to use it.

VortexBox 1.5/Fedora 11 uses perl 5.10, not 5.12, so I doubt the SBS
7.5.2 rpm will work in this environment.

I have installed the SqueezeBoxServer 7.5.2 nightly on my VBA (running
VB 1.6/F14) and find that it's working very well. Rhapsody glitches on
my Transporter and Duet Receiver are gone.

Here's how to get the current SBS 7.5.2 nightly (31599) on your VBA:

1. Login to your VBA as root.

2. Issue the following commands:

wget
http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/7.5/sc/31599/squeezeboxserver-7.5.2-0.1.31599.noarch.rpm

rpm -Uvh squeezeboxserver-7.5.2-0.1.31599.noarch.rpm

service squeezeboxserver start

3. Once SBS 7.5.2 is running, you will need to upgrade the firmware on
your ip3k devices (Transporter, Boom, Duet Receiver, SB 2/3). In some
cases this will happen automatically.
