Hi Chaps Well after a few days of long treks through the snow, here we go again.
I have now removed all items from the network back to original except going back to ios3. Control is via wireless and streaming via ethernet over power (comtrend), so there aren't too many demands on wireless though I am experimenting with different channels. There is still a slight issue of latency, possibly a buffering issue? To check this out I have been changing tracks frequently. The track change is reasonably quick, near instant, but artwork is slower to refresh often 5-10 seconds behind the audio, this wasn't happening on IOS3. Occasionally, usually at the beginning of a track, the audio will cut out completely, only to continue 10-15 seconds later from a different point in the recording. I have made sure there are no other apps running. The problem appears to affect ipeng & squeezepad (though I need to run a few more checks with ipeng. More soon.
