For some reason I really miss that.
I've already increased the size of the active area a lot, but unfortunately, some touchscreens seems to be not very accurate. E.g. on my Nexus One, I always have to touch the screen ~0.5cm higher than expected. I've used a free app called Draw to check the touchscreen and after realizing that I need to press a bit higher than expected, I do now hit the volume slider in SqueezeCommander almost always. :-) > > Well one other "it would be nice to have", I have very little artwork > in my collection, it would be nice to turn off the display of the CD > icon and use the screen real estate for larger fonts, more info etc. > Particularly when in landscape mode there is plenty of room for larger > fonts. > > I tried changing the cover art setting - show on now playing to never, > but its still there. Is there some sort of "apply" button I have to use > to get the settings to take affect? No, the setting is only meant for slow networks (e.g. if you are connected to your SBS via 3G). It will not fetch the real cover art, but always show the default (CD) icon. I'm not sure if I'll do a text-only NowPlaying screen, but maybe you could create a ticket for that: http://www.squeezecommander.com/trac/ Thanks! -- flattermann Christian Home of 'SqueezeCommander' (http://www.squeezecommander.com) - The SqueezeBox Remote Control App for Android ------------------------------------------------------------------------ flattermann's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33169 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=69352 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
