This is one of the most annoying things about that review system: that you have no way to contact users leaving comments. I'm seeing the same: for some reason most people writing bad comments don't even try to contact you for help.
It's not so much about the bad comments (in the long run you can't avoid some and it doesn't matter if there are enough good ones) but often it's stuff where you immediately see that with a simple hint (like e.g. RTFFAQ or RTFAppDescription) you could help them solve their problem and make another user happy but there is no way you can do that...
