I would expect that the Radio or Touch would do at least as well in the elements as the receiver and TV. As an alternative, is there a good way to keep the Touch and the receiver inside and just run the speaker cables outside to the speakers? That's what I've done with the system for my outdoor deck and it works great, though I'm sure my ideas of "good practice" are influenced by the very wet climate where I live.
