Goodsync its not free but not expensive and is absolutely rock solid. You can set it up to run in idle time in the background when you arent logged on. etc Its the only program I've found that I trust enough for the job. Once setup, forget about it and it just does its thing and will send you an email status report after each sync. Their beta v9 looks really interesting as well with delta p2p copying but I've only used v8 so far.
