Did you try to configure the servers IP as a manual server in
SqueezeCommander?
Apart from that I have no other idea than to try out the other Apps.

I don't know if Logitechs App would work, as it doesn't have a feature
where you can input the IP address - it completely relies on the
autodetection.
So you might also try to use SqueezeControl or SqueezeDroid which are
supported by SqueezePlayer as well.
