I've been a Squeezebox fan since I bought my first SB1, and I used the Slimserver interface for years before I ever looked at iTunes. When I bought an iPhone a couple of years ago and started trying to use iTunes to manage music for it, I couldn't understand why the interface was so useless, and I still don't. Why would I *always* want to play an entire album if I selected just one track? And really, why would I *always" want to play the same songs in the same sequence from a static playlist? I see lots of iTunes users have asked similar questions, year after year, with no answers.
