I just acquired the app for my new Playbook, and am a little bemused by things.
I have no way of choosing player on it. If my Transporter is already on, music will play through it, as if synchronized. However, it seems that the application has fixed on the Boom I have plugged in but turned off, and automatically turns it on. The volume controller only works to control the volume on the Boom. I can find no way at all to address settings such as choose player. That entire first screen of the Controller has no analog on my Playbook installation. I have the current version, just downloaded today. If that is the way it's supposed to work, it's a non-starter for me.
