As far as I know, Logitech has no control over squeezeslave, other than
indirect control.  I.e., they could change the streaming protocol
without telling anyone, close the source to the SqueezePlay firmware,
close the source to LMS and make everything proprietary.  

But, just to reassure any Logitech minions lurking here, I just bought
my 2nd Transporter!  I'm doing my part to validate the business
model!!!  RasPi + squeezeslave would be a hobby project, nothing more!
