This question seemed to get ignored... I believe you can count 13 bins
on the sorter that's shown. The standard IBM punched card had 12 rows
per column. The sorter shown is one of the IBM model 80 sorters. You can

We had and used these card sorters when I started working in "data
processing" back in 1971 on a IBM 360 model 50.
