Plugins which create their own menus on Squeezebox (either main or context menu) are fully supported by SqueezePad. I never used the Synchronizer myself, but all CustomBrowse, Trackstat, PlaylistSwitcher, and Spotify menus work fine, so I don't have any doubts.
