My guess is no. I'm pretty sure that plugin is basically the menu navigation within the Internet Radio menu's, but still uses MySB in the background. I can emulate LMS running with no MySB account where My Apps and App Gallery give the expected "this won't work without a MySB account" error. But absent a MySB account the Internet Radio menu's still work and always did.
