John,
I'm struggling to fit all the connectors required on a 3" wide PCB.
Even if we use stacked connectors for USB/Eth, Audio L/R we still need
room for DC, Toslink and SPdif - all looking a bit on the tight side, we
certainly can't fit anything else.
Is there such a thing as a stacked Toslink/ SPdif (RCA) connector
assembly? I can't find any.
I've found an extruded case that will fit a 75x120mm board - Hammond
1455J1201BK. I like the idea of solder mask/screenprint PCBs as end
panels - have seen this before and it can look quite nice.
The PCB end panels could be a direct replacement for the ones supplied
with the Hammond case sitting nicely in the end bezels.

A quick sketch - please ignore the dual USB, I could find a single
Eth/USB model.

The Hammond case - the front panel is not standard.
