Interesting opinion, I think this is the first time I've heard someone
blame the community for the end of the Squeezebox.

However, I don't want to argue with you about this, I'll let you believe
what you want and I'll continue acting according to what I think is the
best way to fulfill the needs people have for music streaming solutions.


I personally like to have a system that is able to take my music
listening to the next level and from what I've seen during the last
years Logitech didn't seem very interested to provide that. I don't want
to force anyone into using the same system I use, I'll let everyone
decide for themselves which system that suits their needs best, I just
want to provide an alternative. Competition and alternatives are usually
things that move things forward, so in my mind even if ickStream
wouldn't offer what you want, there is a chance it will push someone
else to provide something which is more in line with your needs.
