The first variant is probably not that interested in a cloud based solution, they have probably already now removed the mysqueezebox.com settings in their LMS installation (if they have even registered on mysqueezebox.com) and is already today using LMS as a standalone setup without any dependencies to internet. I think it will be hard to convince such users to use a cloud based solution, especially if they aren't interested in any bells and whistles and is satisfied with their current Squeezebox setup. All market trend reports I've seen indicates that physical music sales is going down and mobile music and streaming services are going up.
