Ok so it only works on my droid incredible which is on cyanogen 10.1 android 4.22. It wont work on my galaxytab 10.1 with cyanogen 10.1 nor my stock droid bionic 4.0.4. All devices are rooted Im using the same settings on both of them which work on the incredible.
