Personally I find it's installation very simple and haven't had to carry out any tweaking other than changing a few settings in the web interface. Nothing's so simple these days that it requires no individual settings. I just download the nightlies at the weekend, install and it works. I think the average consumer would have no problem at all. Ok, I've had to wait for a few bugs to be fixed but even the piece of software I probably use most of all - Windows, suffers from that.
