Let's not have a DSD debate! Totally the wrong place for it. Right now, assuming you have an external DAC that supports DSD (via DoP) we already cater for that. If your DAC does not support native DSD, via DoP, we already have functionality built-in that automatically converts DSD->PCM, so you can play DSD files without a DSD capable DAC. (This isn't Wandboard specific. It works with any of the previous generation SqueezeBox hardware, SB3, Transporter, Touch, etc. etc.) Johns' carrier board DAC design with CSP2 is PCM only. It does not natively support DSD. You will be able to play DSD tracks using it.
