I'm already running a piCorePlayer on my stereo, but I've got Radios in
bathroom and kitchen (because they are plug and play, have buttons to
switch the online radio stations and a display to show the time and
current song).

I don't use Spotify, so this does not matter for me and I actually never
reorder the playlist.
But it can show the album years and it can download songs from the LMS
to the Android device. Two things that are more important for me and are
not offered by other commercial controllers :cool: So you see it depends
on the use case.
