AFAIK this is the 2nd attept from the TO cause the 1st one was already spammed with other thin(g/k)s like that. btw. I would not do that with bitmaps! To compose things like that - use .eps or .dfx - then you can scale them without losing quality and since VU Meters are just some filled curves with a textfont it shouldnt be complicated.
