Google hifiberry and picoreplayer.
Hifiberry will sell you everything you need hardware wise to build a
small box that you plug in to your hifi in a similar way to a Touch.
Picoreplayer is the software you need to burn onto a micro SD card.
You don't need a screen after the initial build - 20 mins - if you
control your player with a smartphone app or similar. You do need to run
LMS locally - you can't just connect a Pi based player to my
squeezebox.com.
