Analyze your wifi environment first. The easiest way is by loading an app like Wifi Analyzer on a mobile or tablet and walk around and see what channels in your neighborhood might disturb your current wifi channel. If you've found a channel less overlapped by others then configure it in your wifi router. Note that the SBT can use 2.4 ghz only.
