This is not geo-locking.  This purely a certificate checking issue.

1. I haven't looked at LMS wokring in detail -there are two stages.
2. I don;t know why ffplay works and wget fails - I'm guessing ffplay
doesn't do cert checking but perhaps it is checking in a different way
and succeeding ?  I don't know what's "Normal" - to check or not to
check ?
