In Linux, what you're looking for is part of the web interface. If you go back to the default web interface at http://server-ip:9000, then click on "Settings" at bottom right, that should take you to a page with many, many configuration options, spread over several tabs. LMS 8 nightly running on Raspberry Pi OS.
