Geez, I dunno. After almost twenty years in the IT industry, I'm somewhat used to encountering bugs. Quite often, in case you have been living in a cave, major releases are so replete with bugs that developers have to play catch-up on bug fixes until the next release. Sometimes, significant bugs are not found until a large number of users have beaten on the software from a variety of angles. I worked for Microsoft. I know. Exasperating bugs are not the end of the world; just of people's patience.
Was this a criticism? Are you kidding? Personally, I happen to think the the folks at Slim Devices -- and I've spoken with quite a few of them -- are amongst the best out there. They are patient, considerate to a fault, almost, they know what they're doing, and they put customer service in the first place. I'm pretty confident that, between them and this forum, a solution will emerge. And, meanwhile, have I been a bit frustrated? You bet. So, kindly, keep you inane, holier-than-thou commentary to yourself. Surely you need to catch up on your ninth grade geometry, or whatever other homework you have due for after the holidays. -- highdudgeon ------------------------------------------------------------------------ highdudgeon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2195 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=19622 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
