yes, understandable. Was there something in particular that had you go
from 6.2.1 to the nightly builds?
I suspect that there is something wrong in the latest nightly. Going
back to the boxing day build does seem to be better. I'm currently
doing a regression and rescan through daily updates to see if I can
locate where the ordering goes wrong. The code is most certainly
requesting track order, just not getting it. The missing albums seems
to be very recent (within a few days). Unfortunately, while it is
quick access to fixed problems, there are occasional difficulties with
nightly builds. 6.2.2 has been pretty good, but I'm thinking that a
couple problems have worked themselves into the mix. I use 6.5 code
myself, since I'm usually playing with patches and custom stuff all the
time. if it is any value to you, it does appear to be working with
compilation track orders and the full album list. I guess some merged
working code from 6.5 is causing some funny behaviour with 6.2 at the
moment.
Please try to be patient. I'm not expecting that I can fix one like
this, but I can probably isolate which change(s) are the cause.
